Who we are
Fightplan Studio is a brand of Kenka Dojo LLC, a Utah limited liability company. When this page says "we," "us," or "our," it means Kenka Dojo LLC operating as Fightplan Studio. Privacy questions: hello@fightplanstudio.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, the booking calendar, email, or our business line, we receive what you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or booking notes.
- Call records. Our business phone system logs calls to and from our published number, including missed calls, and any text someone sends to it, so we can respond.
- Basic visit counts. Our hosting provider counts visits and page requests at the network edge as it serves this site.
That is the list. We do not run third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site today.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. That is the full list. We do not run third-party trackers, session recorders, or ad pixels. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
What we use it for
- Responding to you and running the conversation about working together.
- Scheduling and confirming bookings, including reminders about appointments you requested.
- Delivering services under a written engagement, and the records that come with them.
We do not use your information to add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Text messages
We don't send text messages. If you text our business line, we answer by phone or email. Phone numbers you give us are never shared with, sold to, or rented by third parties.
What we never do
We don't sell your information. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We don't buy lists of people to contact. We don't add you to marketing campaigns you didn't sign up for.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that help us operate, each limited to its job:
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) delivers the site and keeps the edge visit counts described above.
- Our business platform holds contact details, bookings, and conversations so we can respond and keep records.
- Our phone carrier carries calls on the business line.
Beyond these providers, we share information only if the law requires it, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of our clients, our business, or the public.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information described on this page. Access to contact and booking records is limited to the people who need it to do their job, our providers process information under their own published security commitments, and no public page of ours lists contact details.
How long we keep it
Contact and booking records are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period after, so the history makes sense when you come back. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, except records the law requires us to keep.

If this page changes, the new version goes up here and the date above moves with it. We will not use information collected under this notice for a new purpose without your consent.
